At Wine Tonite! we are simply livin’ la vino loco in Atlanta, GA sharing our wine experiences from a personal perspective.  Ed Thralls, certified specialist of wine (CSW) and a 2010 candidate for the UC-Davis Winemaker’s Certificate program, is the main author of the site, with guest posts trickled in here and there from friends and other wine writers.

What is Wine Tonite! and Why is it Misspelled?

Our goal is to educate, entertain, and ramble about wine attributes and styles as well as the social aspect of wine (i.e. tastings, dinners, visiting wineries, wine clubs, etc.) by sharing stories as average, everyday wine drinkers.  We are all passionate about wine and look to include this wonderful lifestyle into our own in any way possible.  So, if you want to learn more about wine or already a wine connoisseur you are welcome and encouraged to join in the conversation.  “Tonite” is an acceptable slang spelling, though not correct English, and is meant to represent being a bit informal, laid back and relaxed, which is how you should enjoy wine.
