This is why I am trying to build inventory in my cellar so I can rotate wine as I consume them hopefully gaining a year or two more in aging before I get to them. _ Joe: Come on with your come on... it'll be a great trip! Very observant Chris, I noticed that too and I agree that I would prefer more years on most of these wines. This is why I am trying to build inventory in my cellar so I can rotate wine as I consume them hopefully gaining a year or two more in aging before I get to them.

One thing interesting to me is the vintage years on the reds are 2004-2006. Probably pretty normal for what's in retail now outside of Washington. Most of the Red I've bought locally out here lately is 2006 and younger, even seeing some 2008's in tasting rooms. If I knew what to buy I'd much rather buy reds with 5-6 years on them than 2.
