Brian, did you get a chance to get to the Georgia Fine Wine Festival this weekend at Blackstock. I got a chance to try the Persimmon Creek and I think their dry Riesling was very nice. The Cab Franc was a little on the light side, in my opinion.

Their ACE Family Reserve is good (red blend) and so is the Sangiovese. They also make a Viognier varietal that is not bad as well.

Brian, I have not yet been to Persimmon Creek, though as I mentioned Blackstock is one of my favs. There is a new winery over in Cleveland (Hello Cleveland!) called Yonah Mountain vineyards that I intend to check out soon... When you get to the area, give me a shout and let's hook up for a winery tour of the area!

I love N.Ga. wine country. Tiger Mountain, Three Sisters, Frogtown, and Persimmon Creek are just a few of my favorites. My sister is located outside of Atlanta in Dallas, GA, so I take every opportunity to visit and enjoy the growing wine industry! Cheers!
